Thank you for your interest in getting to know me by visiting my website. I am a certified counsellor, psychotherapist, coach, clinical supervisor and trainer in private practice. I have accumulated 25 years of experience in providing counselling, psychotherapy and coaching in the social service, educational and corporate sectors. These years of working experiences have served me well in reaching out to a diverse range of clients with varied existential issues. My approach is genuine in empathizing with clients’ pain, agony and deepest heart’s desires; I am non-judgmental, and congruent in ‘being’ with clients. I believe in working with clients’ inner selves and emphasize on reflective practices that promote self awareness and insights on the part of clients to attain their life goals. I engage in collaborative conversations with clients to help them find their own solutions for sustainable changes and breakthroughs.
InnerWorkz is a private practice to impart my skills and experiences accumulated over 25 years of invaluable experiences working locally and overseas, specializing in strength based, reflective, humanistic approaches in reaching out to children, youths, couples, families, and working adults from all walks of lives.
